The Form C Aluminium Ferrule is a specialized safety component manufactured to EN 13411-3. Its conical tapered design prevents snagging on loads, while the integrated inspection hole allows operators to verify proper wire rope insertion depth before and after swaging.
Manufactured strictly to EN 13411-3 (formerly DIN 3093). Meets safety requirements for lifting slings compliant with EN 13414-1.
Features a conical shape after pressing. This smooth transition reduces the risk of the ferrule snagging on obstacles or load edges during lifting.
Includes a built-in sight hole. This critical safety feature allows visual verification that the wire rope (dead end) is inserted to the correct depth.
Made from seamless aluminium alloy tubing. Compatible with steel wire ropes having a tensile strength up to 1,960 N/mm².
