The Double Ply Endless Type Flat Web Sling (Class 5) is a strong, flexible continuous-loop sling made from two plies of synthetic webbing sewn together, with no fixed eyes.
Standard: Manufactured to ASME B30.9 / WSTDA requirements.
Class 5 strength: Minimum certified tensile strength 6,800 lb per inch of webbing width.
Construction: Double-ply endless flat webbing for stable load support and longer wear life.
Standard Duty Class 5: Manufactured with high-quality polyester webbing rated at 6,800 lbs per inch of width (Class 5), providing a cost-effective solution for everyday lifting tasks.
Type V Endless Configuration: The continuous loop design (Type 5) allows connection points to be rotated, extending sling life by preventing repetitive wear at a single spot.
US Standards Compliance: Fully tested and certified to meet ASME B30.9 and WSTDA-WS-1 specifications for safe industrial use in the USA.
Versatile Application: Ideal for Choker, Vertical, and Basket hitches. The flexible webbing contours to the load, gripping it securely.
Double Ply Strength: Two layers of webbing offer increased durability and load stability compared to single-ply slings.
5:1 Design Factor: Engineered with a 5:1 Safety Factor, the industry standard for synthetic web slings in the US market.

Basic Webbing Sling Types
Standard Configurations & Measurement Guide
Type I (TC)
Triangle & Choker Fitting: Constructed with a standard triangle fitting on one end and a slotted triangle choker fitting on the other. This design allows it to be used in Vertical, Basket, or Choker hitches.
Type II (TT)
Triangle & Triangle Fitting: Constructed with a standard triangle fitting on both ends. This type is suitable for Vertical or Basket hitches only (cannot be used in a choker hitch).
Type III (EE - Flat)
Flat Eye-and-Eye: Made with a flat loop eye on each end, with the loop opening on the same plane as the sling body. Ideal for use in basket hitches, vertical hitches, or choker hitches.
Type IV (EE - Twisted)
Twisted Eye: Similar to Type III, but the loop eyes are twisted to form an opening at a right angle to the sling body. This design provides a better choke hitch fit on the crane hook.
Type V (EN)
Endless Sling (Grommet): A continuous loop formed by joining the ends of the webbing together. It is versatile and the wear points can be adjusted by rotating the sling.
Type VI (RE)
Reversed Eye (Return Eye): Formed by using multiple widths of webbing held edge-to-edge. Wear pads are attached to form loop eyes at right angles to the sling body. Extremely durable and strong.
How to Measure Web Sling Length
The length of a web sling is measured from the bearing point of one eye to the bearing point of the other eye (pull to pull).
