The H-Lift Grade 80 Precast Concrete Lifting Clutch LTC Type is a high-strength lifting device engineered to connect safely to compatible precast anchors for handling concrete panels, beams, and slabs on site.
The LTC Type Lifting Clutch (also known as a Ring Clutch) is a specialized rigging device designed for lifting and transporting precast concrete elements. Engineered to engage safely with cast-in Spherical Head Anchors (pin anchors), it provides a secure, fail-safe connection for panels, columns, pipes, and slabs.
Specifically designed to lock onto Spherical Head Anchors (Dog Bone/Pin Anchors) cast into concrete. The clutch head slides over the anchor and locks into the spherical recess.
Features a locking mechanism that prevents spontaneous disengagement while under load at any orientation. Rated with a 4:1 Safety Factor and 100% Magnaflux crack detected.
Manufactured from high-strength Grade 80 Alloy Steel, quenched and tempered. Complies with EN 1677 standards for lifting components.
Standard range available in Working Load Limits (WLL) from 1.3 Tonnes up to 20 Tonnes, covering the vast majority of precast concrete applications.
