High Lift Pallet Truck PT-JF type

No.803003

The H-Lift PT-JF High Lift Pallet Truck combines the functionality of a standard pallet jack with a scissor-lift table, allowing operators to raise loads to an ergonomic working height of up to 800mm. Designed to reduce back strain and improve efficiency, this versatile truck is ideal for feeding conveyors, loading presses, or functioning as a mobile workstation. Its dual-mode operation allows it to move freely like a standard pallet truck when lowered and automatically engages stabilizing legs when raised for maximum safety.

  • Dual function: Works as a pallet truck and a mobile lifting table
  • Lifts loads up to 800mm, reducing operator bending and fatigue
  • Automatic stabilizer legs deploy when lifted above 400mm for safety
  • Suitable for lifting open-bottom pallets and skids
  • Robust 1000kg to 1500kg capacity options with smooth hydraulic operation

The H-Lift PT-JF High Lift Pallet Truck combines the mobility of a standard hand pallet truck with the functionality of a scissor lift table. By raising loads up to 800mm, it transforms into an ergonomic workstation, reducing back strain and fatigue during loading, unloading, and packing operations.

High Lift Scissor Pallet Truck
↕️ Ergonomic Workstation

Raises loads to a comfortable working height (max 800mm), acting as a mobile work table to prevent repetitive strain injuries caused by bending.

⚓ Auto-Stabilizers

When lifted above 420mm, front support legs automatically extend to contact the floor, locking the truck in place to ensure maximum stability.

🛡️ Safety Lowering Valve

Features a unique hydraulic valve system that automatically controls the descent speed, preventing heavy loads from dropping suddenly and causing damage.

🏗️ Robust Single Cylinder

Built with a reliable single-cylinder telescopic jack design (PT-JF series), reducing complexity and maintenance while ensuring smooth lifting.

Q: Can I move the truck while it is raised?
A: No. Once the forks are raised above approximately 400mm, the automatic stabilizers engage with the floor to prevent movement. This is a critical safety feature to prevent the load from tipping over.

Q: What type of pallets can this truck lift?
A: High lift scissor trucks are designed for OPEN-BOTTOM pallets (skids) ONLY. They cannot lift pallets with bottom boards (like CHEP pallets) because the scissor legs need vertical space to expand through the bottom of the pallet.

⚠️ IMPORTANT USAGE NOTE

This equipment is compatible with Open-Bottom Pallets (Skids) ONLY. Do not attempt to use with closed-bottom pallets (pallets with boards running underneath the forks), as the scissor mechanism will damage the pallet.

Hand Pallet Truck (Pallet Jack)

Manual Hydraulic Material Handling Solution
High Load Capacity Hydraulic Lift Warehouse Essential Easy Maneuverability

Product Overview

A hand pallet truck, also known as a pallet jack, is a manually operated material handling device used to lift and move palletized loads within a warehouse or other industrial setting. It is a simple yet effective tool for transporting heavy loads horizontally over short distances.

Primary Applications:

  • Moving palletized loads in warehouses and distribution centers.
  • Loading and unloading goods in manufacturing facilities.
  • Transporting heavy goods in narrow aisles where forklifts cannot operate.
  • Cost-effective handling for frequent transportation tasks.

Key Features & Components

Hydraulic Pump System

Operated by the handle to lift the load effortlessly. Some models feature a quick-lift mechanism for faster initial lifting.

Design & Forks

Consists of a forked platform that slides underneath the pallet. Fork length and dimensions vary to suit different pallet standards (e.g., Euro vs. Standard).

Wheel Configuration

Features small steering wheels at the front for navigation and larger load wheels at the back for stability under heavy loads.

Maneuverability

Designed with a small turning radius, making them highly suitable for confined spaces and narrow warehouse aisles.

⚠️ Safety Precautions

Proper operation is essential for safety:

  • Load Distribution: Ensure the load is evenly distributed on the forks.
  • No Overloading: Never exceed the rated load capacity.
  • Proper Sizing: Use the correct fork length for the pallet size.
  • Training: Users should be trained on proper handling techniques.

Maintenance Guidelines

Regular maintenance ensures smooth and safe operation:

  • Lubrication: Regularly lubricate moving parts, axles, and wheel bearings.
  • Inspection: Check for wear on wheels and hydraulic seals.
  • Hydraulics: Check oil levels and ensure no leaks in the pump system.
