Combined Chain Hoist & Trolley (Series PT-CHG / GT-CHG)

Product Overview

The H-Lift Low Headroom Trolley Hoist is a specialized manual lifting solution designed for environments with severely restricted vertical clearance. By integrating the chain hoist directly into the trolley frame (instead of hanging it below), this "Combined" design significantly reduces the headroom requirement (Dimension "H").

This compact configuration allows operators to lift loads much closer to the beam than standard hoist-trolley combinations, maximizing the effective lifting height in low-ceiling factories, ships, and temporary structures.

Available Models

PT-CHG Series (Plain Trolley Type)

Operation: Push/Pull Travel.

Mechanism: The hoist is combined with a Plain Trolley. The operator moves the load horizontally by manually pushing or pulling the load or the hook.

✔ Best for lighter loads (up to 2-3 tons) and short travel distances.
✔ Economical and maintenance-free.

GT-CHG Series (Geared Trolley Type)

Operation: Hand Chain Driven Travel.

Mechanism: The hoist is combined with a Geared Trolley. The operator moves the load horizontally by pulling a separate hand chain, which turns the trolley wheels via gears.

✔ Essential for heavy loads (3 tons+) or precise positioning.
✔ Allows operator to stand at a safe distance while moving the trolley.
