The TEN Series Scissor Lift Table is a versatile manual lifting solution equipped with a robust Single Scissor mechanism. Available in capacities from 150kg to 1000kg, it is ideal for standard lifting heights (up to 1000mm) in assembly lines, workshops, and loading docks.

Scissor Lift Table TEN Type
🏗️ Standard Reach

Features a Single Scissor mechanism designed for stability and standard reach (730mm - 1000mm). Perfect for workbench positioning and loading.

⚙️ Precision Control

Lift: Effortless foot pump operation.

Lower: Hand release lever on the handle allows for smooth, adjustable lowering speed to protect sensitive loads.

🛡️ Safety Systems

Includes an Overload Bypass Valve to prevent lifting beyond rated capacity and Safety Restraint Bars to lock the table during maintenance.

🚚 Mobile & Durable

Mounted on PU casters (2 swivel with brakes) for smooth mobility. Finished in corrosion-resistant Safety Yellow powder coating.

Q: How high can the TEN series lift? A: Depending on the model, it lifts between 730mm and 1000mm. For higher reach (up to 1.7m), please see our Double Scissor (TUS) series.
Q: Is this lift table battery powered? A: No, it is manually operated. Use the foot pedal to lift and the hand lever to lower. No electricity required.

Hydraulic Scissor Lift Tables

Ergonomic Lifting Solutions for Material Handling

What is a Scissor Lift Table?

A Scissor Lift Table (also known as a hydraulic lift cart or platform trolley) is a mobile lifting device equipped with a scissor-like mechanism that raises and lowers a platform to a desired height. Powered by a hydraulic foot pump, these tables are indispensable tools in workshops, warehouses, and assembly lines.

They are primarily designed to position loads at an ergonomic working height, reducing back strain caused by bending and lifting heavy objects manually.

Main Types: TEN vs. TUS Series

Scissor lift tables are generally categorized by the number of scissor mechanisms they employ, which determines their maximum lifting height.

Single Scissor Lift (for Europe)

Example: TEN Series (Standard Models)

Features a single set of "X" legs. Ideal for general lifting tasks where the load needs to be raised to waist height (approx. 800mm - 1000mm).

  • Most stable configuration.
  • Best for heavy loads (up to 1000kg).

Double/Triple Scissor Lift (For US)

Example: TUS Series (TUS350, TUS500)

Features multiple sets of scissors stacked vertically. This design allows for much higher lifting ranges (up to 1500mm or 1700mm) while maintaining a compact footprint.

  • Ideal for reaching high shelves or workbenches.
  • Slightly lower weight capacity due to higher center of gravity.

Key Design Features

  • Hydraulic System: Rugged hydraulic pump operated by a foot pedal. Features a chrome-plated piston for durability.
  • Mobility: Standard models come with high-quality Polyurethane (PU) wheels (2 swivel with brakes, 2 fixed) for smooth, quiet rolling and floor protection.
  • Controlled Lowering: A hand-operated release lever (located on the push handle) allows for precise, variable-speed lowering of the load.
  • Safety Stops: Wheel brakes ensure the table remains stationary during loading and unloading.

How to Operate

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Brake: Always engage the wheel brakes before lifting or loading.
  2. Load: Place the load evenly on the center of the platform. Avoid corner loading.
  3. Lift: Pump the foot pedal repeatedly. The hydraulic cylinder will extend, pushing the scissor legs open and raising the platform.
  4. Transport: Disengage brakes and push the table to the desired location using the handle. Keep the load low during transport for stability.
  5. Lower: Squeeze the release lever on the handle. The table will descend gently. Release the lever to stop the descent at any height.

Safety Precautions & Maintenance

⚠ WARNING: Pinch Points

The scissor mechanism creates severe pinch points. Keep hands and feet clear of the scissor legs while the table is moving. Never reach under the platform unless the safety maintenance bars are engaged.

Daily Checks:

  • Oil Leaks: Check the hydraulic cylinder for any signs of fluid leakage.
  • Wheel Condition: Ensure wheels roll smoothly and free of debris. Check that brakes function correctly.
  • Smooth Operation: The table should lift without jerking and lower at a steady rate. If it feels "spongy," the hydraulic system may need air bleeding.
  • Overloading: Never exceed the rated capacity (W.L.L.). For high-lift models (TUS type), be extra careful with stability when the load is fully raised.
