Synthetic Web Slings are lightweight, highly flexible lifting tools that offer an exceptional strength-to-weight ratio. They are rigorously designed and manufactured to comply with industry-leading ASME/ANSI B30.9 and WSTDA-WS-1 safety standards.
Strict Compliance: Meets the comprehensive safety guidelines of ASME B30.9 and WSTDA-WS-1 for design, use, and ongoing maintenance.
Durable Materials: Constructed from premium industrial-grade synthetic fibers, including nylon, polyester, and polypropylene.
High Strength-to-Weight: Delivers reliable, heavy-duty lifting performance while remaining highly portable and easy for operators to handle.
Load Protection: The flexible synthetic webbing conforms to the shape of the load, ensuring a secure grip without scratching or damaging delicate surfaces.
US Standard Compliance Engineered and manufactured in strict accordance with ASME B30.9 and WSTDA-WS-1 standards, ensuring full compliance for industrial use in North America.
Complete Range (Types) A full selection including Type 3 (Flat Eye), Type 4 (Twisted Eye), and Type 5 (Endless) configurations to suit every rigging scenario.
Class 5 vs. Class 7 Choose from Class 5 (Standard Duty, 6,800 lbs/in) for economical general lifting, or Class 7 (Heavy Duty, 9,800 lbs/in) for maximum durability and capacity.
Safety & Traceability All slings feature a 5:1 Design Factor and come with permanent identification tags containing OSHA-required data.
Premium Material Made from 100% high-tenacity polyester webbing that resists UV rays, rot, and common industrial chemicals.
Surface Protection The flat, soft profile of web slings protects expensive loads from scratching, marring, or crushing compared to chain or wire rope slings.
Triangle & Choker Fitting: Constructed with a standard triangle fitting on one end and a slotted triangle choker fitting on the other. This design allows it to be used in Vertical, Basket, or Choker hitches.
Type II (TT)
Triangle & Triangle Fitting: Constructed with a standard triangle fitting on both ends. This type is suitable for Vertical or Basket hitches only (cannot be used in a choker hitch).
Type III (EE - Flat)
Flat Eye-and-Eye: Made with a flat loop eye on each end, with the loop opening on the same plane as the sling body. Ideal for use in basket hitches, vertical hitches, or choker hitches.
Type IV (EE - Twisted)
Twisted Eye: Similar to Type III, but the loop eyes are twisted to form an opening at a right angle to the sling body. This design provides a better choke hitch fit on the crane hook.
Type V (EN)
Endless Sling (Grommet): A continuous loop formed by joining the ends of the webbing together. It is versatile and the wear points can be adjusted by rotating the sling.
Type VI (RE)
Reversed Eye (Return Eye): Formed by using multiple widths of webbing held edge-to-edge. Wear pads are attached to form loop eyes at right angles to the sling body. Extremely durable and strong.
How to Measure Web Sling Length
The length of a web sling is measured from the bearing point of one eye to the bearing point of the other eye (pull to pull).
