The H-Lift Tube Thimble is an ultra-heavy-duty rigging reinforcement designed to offer superior protection for both wire and synthetic rope eyes. Its fully enclosed tubular design provides significantly higher structural strength than standard open thimbles, effectively preventing eye crushing under heavy loads while ensuring a smooth contact surface to reduce rope abrasion.
The Heavy Duty Tube Thimble features a unique closed tubular body that provides superior rope protection. Unlike standard open thimbles, the tube design prevents the rope from crushing under heavy loads and is the preferred choice for protecting high-performance synthetic ropes and heavy wire rope slings.
Features a closed, tubular body providing 360° support to the rope eye. Prevents the rope from flattening or crushing under extreme tension.
The smooth round tube design offers a larger bend radius and eliminates sharp edges, making it ideal for Synthetic Ropes as well as wire ropes.
Available with a welded gusset (captive plate) which adds immense structural strength and prevents the eye from deforming or collapsing.
Available in Hot Dip Galvanized, Electro-Galvanized, or Painted finishes. Stainless Steel options available for extreme corrosion resistance.
